Accelerate Business Performance: Get Talent to Work
20 September 2011, London

Insights * Experiences * Debate

Whatever your business strategy – globalisation, growth, innovation, profitability – talent has the power to make or break success. Getting the right people in the right place, delivering great results, committed to the business and feeling recognised are major strategic challenges in today’s economy and competitive markets. In fact, an organisation’s talent may well be the single most important driver of business strategy and the most relevant factor in determining a company’s ability to compete and succeed. It’s no wonder it has become a top priority among companies worldwide.

Today’s talent has high expectations of their employers too. With competition growing for a shrinking pool of key talent, companies need to provide a compelling workplace experience where employees feel significant and have opportunities to develop and grow.

“Accelerate Business Performance: Get Talent to Work” will help organisations develop a deep understanding of the key issues underlying a successful talent programme.

  • Is your talent strategy ready to drive growth in your business?
  • How are successful companies harnessing their people to achieve success?
  • Do you understand the key drivers for employee engagement in your company?
  • Do you know how to get the ear of your CEO?
  • Do you have a clear strategy to develop your global leaders?

With insights from leading experts and compelling experiences shared from the front line, this half-day forum will address these critical issues and give organisations the tools they need to ensure a pipeline of available talent, effective management of talent risks and a proposition for attracting and retaining great talent to accelerate business performance.
