Event summary

On 6 July 2012, around 120 people, predominantly from Japanese multinationals, came together at the Westin Hotel Tokyo for an exclusive forum as part of Mercer's Asia Pacific Platinum HR Leader event series.

Themed "Global HRM 2012 – HR Strategy for Global Management in a Diversified Global Environment," the event provided a forum for sharing how to manage the HR function within multinational companies. A very illuminating case study was also presented by Mr. Mikio Matsui of Panasonic Asia Pacific.
