Matt Stevenson Principal -  Workforce SciencesMatt is a Principal in Mercer's Workforce Sciences group in Washington. His work involves helping Mercer clients to define their human capital strategy and fine tune the implementation of that strategy in order to support business objectives. Matt's areas of expertise include human capital metrics and dashboard design, and strategic workforce planning and talent management. Much of his work has focused on linking human capital management practices, such as workforce forecasting, to organizational productivity.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from McGill University, and MA and PhD in International Relations from Arizona State University. His work has been presented at several national conferences and published in professional journals. His most recent publication is Staying Ahead of the Curve: Employer Best Practices for Mature Workers co-authored with Anna Rappaport.
