Gustavo has more than fifteen years of experience in the management of social security systems and HR related issues. Before working at Mercer, he worked as the General Coordinator for Colombia and the Andean Region of the Ibero American Social Security Organisation (OISS), and as the Advisor of the Secretary of Social Security of Argentina (ANSES).

He is co-author of some legislation regarding pension issues and bilateral and multilateral pension reciprocity instruments.
