Enrique Marín Retirement Business Leader - North Latin AmericaEnrique is North Latin America Retirement, Risk & Finance Business Leader. He also acts as client relationship manager for some major Mercer clients in Mexico.

During his 27 years of experience, he has been consultant to many multinational and local companies advising on the application of accounting principles (Mexico NIF D-3 and FAS87, FAS88, FAS106, FAS112, IAS19, CICA) funding strategy, design, implementation and communication of retirement programs.

He has participated as a speaker at different conferences regarding the design, implementation, administration and communication of employee benefits, particularly in retirement plans. He has also participated as a speaker in conferences for clients regarding market trends.

Enrique currently supports Mercer's international offices in projects related to design and implementation of retirement and benefit programs, due diligence, M&A and Pension Governance for multinational companies with operations in Mexico.
