André Maxnuk Principal - Retirement & Rio de Janeiro Office LeaderAndré Maxnuk is a consultant in the Retirement business and Mercer's Rio de Janeiro office leader.

He provides consulting advice to clients on matters relating to design, accounting and governance for benefits programs, competitiveness analysis of HR policies and strategies, Mergers & Acquisitions in Brazil and in the Latin America region. Besides leading Mercer consulting business covered by the Rio de Janeiro office, André manages relationships with local and global clients and is member of the Brazilian Leadership Executive Team.

André has published articles about pension issues in Brazil and México, and led presentations about pensions, benefits and mergers and acquisitions in several seminars, forums and conferences around the world. He joined Mercer in 1996 and he has worked in the Mercer offices of Sao Paulo (Brazil), Chicago (US) and Mexico City, where he led the M&A Consulting business.

André Maxnuk holds a graduate's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Rio de Janeiro and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Actuaries.
