Adriana is the lead coordinator for the LACBF (Latin America Compensation & Benefits Forum), the leading group of consumer products companies in Latin America, and project manager of the LARO (Latin America Regional Offices) Survey, which serves an elite group of companies with Latin America regional offices in South Florida.
