| Conference Accommodation
We have arranged for a block of rooms at a special rate at the Eden Roc Beach Resort & Spa, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel anticipates that it will be sold out during the conference week, so we urge you to make your reservations promptly to secure a room.
Note: The registration fee for Forum 2010 does not include overnight accommodation.
To reserve a room, please call the Eden Roc directly at the telephone number listed below and reference the Mercer meeting to obtain a great deal on the room at a reduced nightly rate of only US$199 plus tax. This rate is available until the Mercer block of rooms is sold out.
Please note that this preferential price is only available until Monday, April 19, 2010. Reservation requests made after this date will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing room rate.
For those wishing to extend their stay at the hotel, there are also a limited number of rooms available at the special Mercer conference rate three days before the conference and three days following the conference (subject to room availability).
Reservations must be guaranteed with a first night's deposit to a credit card and guaranteed for late arrival. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of the first night's deposit.
