Andrés Guzmán

Andrés is the business leader for the health and benefits operations of Mercer in Latin America based in Bogotá.
He has more than 15 years of experience providing advice on employee benefits to national and multinational corporations throughout the region. Andrés is the former country head for Mercer Colombia.
Before joining Mercer, Andrés was a commercial manager for a leading international insurance broker. He also has led and participated in employee benefits projects with many key clients in Latin America.
Andrés has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
