Eduardo Nasi
Eduardo is Senior Consultant and Regional Sales and Client Service Manager for Information Product Solution business in Latin America & the Caribbean.
Based in Miami, he interfaces with clients who participate in multi-country compensation and benefit surveys, conducted by Mercer in over 20 countries for individual clients, industry sectors, and general industry to assist mainly multinational and corporate clients. He is also managing regional projects and product development for Latin America including compensation analysis for the region, as well as other human resource and benefits projects.
In Sao Paulo, he used his expertise in the areas of compensation developing projects such as total compensation surveys, total compensation strategy, salary structure definition, job description and evaluation, and market positioning. He was responsible for the Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) coordination.
Eduardo's background consists of more than eight years of experience working in two different Mercer offices and interacting with all the Latin America operations. Eduardo was hired by Mercer Brazil in 2001 while completing his bachelor's degree.
Eduardo has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidade Catolica (PUC) in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
