Alberto Mondelli
Alberto Mondelli is a worldwide partner in the Sao Paulo office, and is the market leader for South Latin America, including Mercer offices in Argentina, Brazil and Chile. He is also a member of the Latin America Operating Committee.
Prior to this role, Alberto was Mercer's IPS leader for Latin America in Mexico City office. Alberto joined Mercer in Caracas as the market leader for Venezuela, as well as the Information Products and Solutions leader for the Andean countries.
In his professional practice he has worked with multinational and local organizations providing advisory services as well as solutions for the design and implementation of compensation, benefits and broad HR programs. Alberto is a frequent guest speaker at HR forums in Latin America.
