Ted is a Senior Partner, Director of Mercer Global Investments (Canada) and Leader of Mercer's Investments business for Canada and Latin America. He is a member of the Canadian/Latin American Leadership Team and a member of the Investments Global Leadership Team.

Ted prevgiously served as the Leader of Mercer's Investment Consulting business for Canada and Latin America. Since joining Mercer in 1986, Ted has held various leadership roles, including Growth Strategist and Sales Leader for Retirement, Risk & Finance (RRF) consulting for Canada and Latin America, Midwest RRF Zone Leader, Market and RRF Business Leader of Western Canada and leader of the Vancouver office.

Ted is also a client relationship manager and consultant. Ted proactively monitors client needs and expectations, maintains productive and effective business partnerships, and ensures that Mercer's client teams are appropriately resourced, staffed and deployed. He has more than 25 years of experience consulting to clients.

Ted has a bachelor's degree from University of Western Ontario. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and of the Society of Actuaries.
