Jeff is the Global Leader of Manager Research and Wealth Management for Mercer's Investments business. He provides strategic direction to the manager research boutiques and ensures that Mercer maintains both business and intellectual capital-leading positions. His direction for the wealth management business is focused on building a strategy that will ensure Mercer is the leading consulting firm in the wealth management area globally. Jeff also consults to larger, complex clients on investment policy and strategy, with a specialization in DB risk and corporate finance, the selection of investment managers, and the monitoring and evaluation of manager performance.

Jeff previously led the US Investment Consulting business, overseeing all functions of the business, and was responsible for Mercer's acquisition of Evaluation Associates and Hammond Associates in 2011. The acquisition of Hammond Associates establishes Mercer's Investment Consulting business as a leader for endowments, foundations and the private wealth and health care markets. In addition, Evaluation Associates' role in the wealth management market segment complements the capabilities brought to Mercer by Hammond Associates. The combination of these two firms enhances Mercer's investment capabilities and research expertise.

Jeff received his bachelor's degree in management and finance from Purdue University. He also attended Daniel Webster College, where he received an Associate of Science degree in aviation management.
