Aruna is a Principal in Mercer's Investments business and is based in our New York office. Aruna is responsible for leading and managing all investment aspects for defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including the development of investment policies and objectives, evaluation and selection of investment managers and assistance with asset-allocation studies as well as monitoring clients' investment programs. Aruna is also a member of Mercer's Target Date Fund Strategic Research Committee, which is responsible for conducting investment manager research and forming opinions on target-date fund solutions.

Aruna joined Mercer in 2000 and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
