Mercer's Global Segment Leader for Talent Management
Jason is the Human Capital's Global Segment Leader for Talent Management. In this capacity, he consults in and manages Mercer's consulting strategies in talent alignment and strategy, workforce architecture (role profiles, competencies and career paths), leadership development and succession planning, performance management, employee value proposition and culture

Jason has more than 20 years of consulting experience working with senior leadership and HR executives to use talent management to improve business results. Some of Jason’s recent assignments for clients have included the redesign of the corporate support functions roles and organization for a large national retailer, the redesign of the leadership structure and management processes for an integrated health care system, the globalization of the HR function and people processes for a global professional services firm, the development of a succession planning process and management of the succession meetings for a global manufacturing company, and the development of a global talent development strategy and process for a Fortune 100 consumer products company.

Jason is a frequent author and speaker and has sponsored or participated in leading-edge research within the HR field. Some of the areas of research that he has been involved in are Process-Based HR: The next generation of HR; People Practices of Double-Digit Growth Companies (with author/consultant Michael Treacy);The Global Top Companies for Leaders (with Fortune Magazine), and Outsourcing the HR Department.

Jason has an undergraduate degree from Harvard and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Mercer, Jason was the North American Practice Leader for talent and organization consulting for another global HR consulting firm.
