Kathleen Wilkinson
Benefits Director, AECOM
Kathleen Wilkinson is the Director, Benefits for AECOM Technology Corporation. In this role, she oversees North America benefits programs and their administration and is in the process of centralizing oversight of AECOM’s benefits programs outside of North America. AECOM has offices in over 70 countries with significant employee populations in UK, Eastern Europe, Middle East, China/Hong Kong, Australia and North America.
Her previous experience covers over 20 years in Human Resources and Benefits roles for both publicly and privately held companies. Kathleen started her career as an employee benefits attorney working for five years in Los Angeles firms before she moved in-house to Northrop Grumman Corporation, where she spent eight years working in their Benefits Department. Some of her other positions have been as Vice President Human Resources for five years with Platinum Equity, $1 Billion technology acquisition firm, where she was in charge of global HR/Benefits due diligence, integration and operations, as Vice President Human Resources for two years with Axium International, an entertainment payroll company, and as Director, Global Benefits & Compliance for two years with Powerwave Technologies, a global wireless communications company, in charge of global benefits, international payroll and global HR legal compliance.
