Mark Allen
Senior Director Global Benefits, Tyco Electronics
Mark Allen is Senior Director Global Benefits and is responsible for global benefits strategy and the execution/administration of Tyco Electronics benefits programs for 80,000 employees, 65,000 of whom are located in over 50 countries outside the US. He is a member of the Senior HR Leadership Team, Global Benefits Committee, and Chairperson of the Employee Benefits Administration Committee and also on the Board of TELPAC. He is Vice Chairman and Board Member of the Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Health care.
Mark has over 30 years of global compensation and benefits experience, from both a consulting and corporate perspective.
