Adam Phillpot, Coats PLC
Adam is the head of rewards for Coats, Plc, the worlds largest thread manufacturer operating in 63 countries with 24,000 employees.
Prior to joining Coats, Adam has held a number of compensation and benefit roles including: rewards director at the BBC, compensation and benefits director at The Linde Group and The BOC Group and before that he held roles at Vodafone, ING Barings, BZW and Barclays.
