Kirstin Furber, Twentieth Century Fox
Kirstin is the executive human resources director for Twentieth Century for Europe with responsibility across 14 countries, including Russia. In this role – Kirstin oversees – development, reward and employee relations.
Prior to joining Fox, Kirstin has performed a number of senior HR roles across all forms of Media – including ITV, Warner Bros, Ziff Davis and Discovery Channel. As the VP human resources at Discovery Kirstin’s responsibilities spanned across Europe, Latin America and Asia. Here, Kirstin led a number of change management projects including an international talent programme and organisational restructures.
Kirstin is a charted fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.
