Carl van Heerden, Global Remuneration Solutions
Carl is an Executive Director of Global Remuneration Solutions and obtained a B.Soc.Sc. degree from the University of the Orange Free State in South Africa. He has 27 years’ extensive human resources management experience.
Since mid 1998 Carl has been consulting; he has been instrumental in developing state-of-the-art conditions of employment for offshore assignees working abroad for a number of Southern African companies and governments.
He visits numerous African countries to conduct local national remuneration surveys on behalf of international companies. In doing so, he has become a knowledgeable resource on remuneration trends and employment practices relating those countries in which these surveys are being conducted.
