The first part of the session will be dedicated to demonstrating the new eIPE software enhancements and discussing our plans for migration of your current information. As many of you know, this new tool will have much of the functionality you have been asking for over the past couple of years.

Last year many of the participants indicated that the most valuable part of the session was the opportunity to learn from each other and build a network. A good portion of this meeting will therefore be devoted to IPE position evaluation best practice discussions, including:

  • Aligning HQ positions with subsidiary positions
  • Central vs. decentralised sizing - Advantages and disadvantages
  • IPE beyond remuneration, IPE communication, and any other topics proposed by the participants
