Mauricio Rubio
Mauricio Rubio is the market leader of the Andean and Central America Region in Mercer based in Colombia.
Mauricio has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with more than 20 years of experience as corporate manager and executive of the most important insurance companies in Colombia. He also worked in the Ministry of Social Protection and Labor, where he was appointed as Labor Relations vice Minister in charge.
Mauricio holds a master's in social security system management from the Universidad de Alcala and a bachelor's degree in medicine with marketing specialty from the University of California. He has been certified in multiple courses in different areas such as health management, finances, sales and marketing.
