Alberto Mondelli
Alberto Mondelli is Market Leader for Brazil. He works with multinational clients, providing advisory services as well as solutions in compensation issues.
Previously, Alberto was a market leader for Mercer in Venezuela as well as the IPS leader for the Andean countries. Before joining Mercer in 2002, he spent almost nine years in the consulting industry as information services business manager and reward practice leader for Hay Group in the Andean area. He has been a speaker for several HR forums in Latin America and the USA.
Alberto holds an industrial engineering bachelors degree with honours distinction, from Zulia State University in Venezuela. Alberto is a member of the Latin America Operating Committee and the Global Information Product Solutions Leadership Group.
