Melanie Penny
HR Projects Specialist, IBM
Melanie is a project specialist within IBM’s HR department.
Melanie has worked on You*, IBM’s flex scheme, since its conception in 2004. She also worked as the IBM HR project lead for the 2009 renewal and is currently working in the same role for the 2010 project.
Prior to this, Melanie worked within IBM’s HR department for ten years in a variety of roles. Melanie started out as a UK HR administrator and then went on to administrate two EMEA wide programmes for IBM. Following this Melanie worked within IBM’s HR call centre as a UK benefits specialist. In this role she was responsible for answering cases on all of IBM UK’s benefits.
