Abhijat Mitra is a Senior Manager - Talent Engagement and Development with Wipro Technologies, the first PCMM (People Capability Maturity Model) Level 5 and SEI CMM Level 5 certified global IT services organization. He has been with Wipro for over five years, having led the company's HR function in the Asia-Pacific geography for three years. In his role, he has managed the entire spectrum of HR in Asia and has had experience in commencing operations in more than one country. He has previously worked with organizations such as Hewitt Associates in the areas of compensation consulting. Abhijat is alumnus off Indian Institute of Management, Indore and has a degree in Economics.
