Sunil Srivastava

Sunil Srivastava's area of expertise is in organisation performance enhancement, leadership development and industrial relations. At Xerox, he looks after for recruitment, development and retention of the best quality talent in a fair and supportive environment. He is also responsible for proposing and implementing HR strategies to support the business objectives of Xerox India. Additionally, he is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of HR competence within the function, and delivering benchmark productivity through a robust Performance Management System.
Previously, Mr. Srivastava worked with Whirlpool India as Director -Corporate HR. He was a key member of the core team working on the turnaround strategy for their India operations. Mr. Srivastava has also worked with the Essar Group, one of India's leading Business House where he headed the HR for their retail business. He played a key role in designing HR strategies for the start up retail venture and was instrumental in driving best HR work practices within the organisation.
Mr. Srivastava is a professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in Human Resource Development, Industrial relations and has implemented policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation. He has a proven track record of building dynamic and high performing organisations. Mr. Srivastava has worked with other reputed MNCs like Siemens, Cadbury's India, and JCB in the past, after completing his Post Graduate from Xavier Institute of Social Service , a premier HR Management Institute in India.
