Brioni Gonsalves
Senior Director, Rewards & Recognition, Asia Pacific and Latin America, Wyeth
Brioni Gonsalves has been with Wyeth since 2007. In her current role as senior director of rewards and recognition, she manages compensation operations for international affiliates, and provides consulting support for Wyeth's strategic business partners in Asia Pacific and Latin America.
Ms Gonsalves has had a wealth of experience in compensation and benefits (C&B), with particular focus on the pharmaceutical and high-tech industries. During her stint as director of international compensation and benefits with Merck & Co., a global pharmaceutical company, she directed the strategic design and development of international C&B programs. She is a steering committee member of the Compensation Committee of the Asia Pacific Pharmaceutical HR Association.
After obtaining her BA from the University of Bombay, India, she went on to get a HR management certificate from Ryerson University, Canada.
