To reserve a room, you can either call the hotel directly on the telephone number listed above and reference the 'Mercer European Member conference' to obtain the reduced nightly rate. Alternatively, you can reserve a room online via the hotel booking website.
This special conference rate is available until 4 October 2008. Reservation requests made after this date will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing room rate.
Please note that when booking with the hotel, all room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number with valid expiry date.
