Robert Lockley
Mercer
Robert Lockley is a principal in Mercer’s International retirement business in London.
He joined Mercer in 2003, having previously worked in both South Africa and London. Robert has over 15 years experience in employee benefits consulting with a primary focus on advice to companies on how to manage their global benefit programmes.
Robert’s experience includes advice on provision and management of expatriate benefits, the employee benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions, design and financing of pension plans, implementation of new plan designs and advice on accounting for pension and other employee benefit plans. Much of Robert’s time is spent working with clients to review global benefit strategies and to manage the coordination of global advice delivered at a corporate level.
Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
