Ulrico Lucchi
Mercer
Ulrico Lucchi is the Director of Central Europe for Mercer’s Information Product Solutions practice. Ulrico, born in 1955, studied law in Milan with a specialisation in International and European law.
He started working in the reinsurance business and then joined Business International in 1984, where he specialised in human resources activities. In 1990, he was among the founding members of Corporate Resources Group, which was acquired by Mercer in 1999.Ulrico is a European partner in Mercer’s Geneva office and is the Central Europe zone leader for IPS (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland). Today, he leads the teams in this zone and he is responsible for the business development of this region on both compensation and expatriation.
Ulrico has long experience in all aspects of compensation and expatriate management consulting and has been involved in consulting activities through several projects all over Europe.
