Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is the leading organisation of its kind in the world for professionals in property, land, construction and related environmental issues, and as director of HR for RICS, Sharon's current focus is dedicated to the achievement of a global culture of high performance through employee engagement and brand alignment.
Over the last decade Sharon's experience has been gained across a broad range of sectors including financial services, telecoms, construction, leisure, and media. With roles ranging from establishing business focused HR functions, to leading behavioural and cultural change programmes, Sharon enjoys the challenge of starting from scratch, and was instrumental in establishing the start up operation for multi media lottery purchases whilst at Camelot Group Plc.
