Travel Arrangements
Participants are asked to make their own travel arrangements. Washington DC area airports include the Ronald Reagan Washington International Airport, the Washington Dulles International Airport, and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Washington DC also is also accessible by Amtrak trains through Union Station.
Ground Transportation
Arrival - Participants are responsible for their own ground transportation between the airport or train station and The Willard Hotel, and are responsible for all related charges.
Taxi service is readily available from each of the Washington D.C. area airports and Union Station, or if preferred, attendees may make arrangements for Taxi or Car Service, see contact information listed below.
The trip from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to the hotel is 15 minutes, and a taxi will cost approximately $15.00.
The trip from Washington Dulles International Airport to the hotel is 45 minutes, and a taxi will cost approximately $60.00.
The trip from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to the hotel is 60 minutes, and a taxi will cost approximately $75.00.

Departure - Mercer will be arranging ground transportation from the hotel to the area airports and train station at the close of the meeting. Participants interested in requesting transportation may do so through their on-line registration form. Guests who do not wish to participate in the provided transportation may make their own arrangements. Taxi service is readily available from the The Willard Hotel, or if preferred attendees may arrange for private Car Service through the hotel concierge desk or by calling the companies listed below.

If you are driving, valet parking is available at the The Willard Hotel at $29.00 per night for hotel guests and $35.00 per day for guests not staying at the hotel. Accommodations
Guestrooms will be reserved at The Willard InterContinental Washington Hotel per your completed online registration. Participants will be responsible for all room charges. The discounted room rate of $419.00 USD is available three nights prior and three nights after the official meeting dates.
Hotel check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. On Friday morning, we recommend that you check out before breakfast to avoid interrupting the session. The front desk can make provisions to store your luggage until your departure.
