Samantha Marnick
Vice President Labor Relations & Workforce Strategy, Spirit AeroSystems
Ms. Sam Marnick, Vice President Labor Relations, is responsible for labor relations and workforce strategies which includes; global human resource project management office, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning. She joined Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in 2006 as Director of Communications and Employee Engagement.

Prior to joining the company she was a senior communication consultant for Mercer, holding management positions in both the United Kingdom and in the United States.

Ms. Marnick is a specialist in research and change communication. As a consultant she worked with U.S. and Pan European corporations on corporate infrastructure, leadership and development, compensation and benefits programs, mergers and acquisitions, global strategies and share plans.

Before embarking on a career in communication consulting, Ms. Marnick worked for the UK’s Department of Health and Social Security in internal and external communication. This role involved communicating and researching within the Civil Service and the general public.

Ms. Marnick holds master’s degree from the University of Salford in corporate communication strategy and management and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

She lives in the Wichita area with her husband and daughter.
