Gabriele Urban
Chief Expert Human Resources Future Planning, Bosch
Gabriele Urban joined Robert Bosch GmbH in 1978. In the course of her professional development, she spent 16 years in several roles in HR before moving to IT in 1995.
In that department, she worked as section head, with responsibilities including application development for HR master data maintenance at HR in Germany, and as head of development for use of SAP HR systems in the Bosch Group throughout the world.
She has worked in her current role as a chief expert and consultant in the corporate office HR Pension & Related Benefits since 2001. In this capacity, she headed the project "Outsourcing for the complete administration of the company pension scheme in Germany" in 2006 and is responsible for ensuring efficient processes and structures in this area.
She is also involved with optimizing HR administration processes in the Bosch Group worldwide.
