Thomas DuFore
Vice President Human Resources, Henkel
Thomas DuFore joined Henkel as the Vice President, Human Resources, UA Division in 2005. He is responsible for leading staff that provide HR services and direction for workforce of 3,800 employees in 22 locations across the US.
Prior to joining Henkel, Tom was Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Officer at Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, Inc., a company Henkel acquired in 2005. He was responsible for designing the HR function and building a staff to support management objectives and be more responsive to employees.
Throughout his career, Tom has been an effective transformational leader with teamwork spirit and a proven track record of strategic thinking. He has a record of success in culture shifts, cost reduction, and improved operational and financial performance.
Tom has a BA from Westminster College, an MLS from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD from the University of Akron.
