Event summary
The 2012 edition of Mercer's EMEA Compensation and Benefits Conference welcomed nearly 200 senior HR leaders from 29 countries to the Hotel Arts Barcelona. This year's event focused on compensation and benefits strategies adopted by leading organisations to drive global growth and efficiency in today's business environment. The conference offered a combination of plenary sessions, panel discussions and case studies, with plenty of opportunities for networking and interacting with peers from international organisations. Over the course of the two days, Mercer's leading experts presented findings from recent research and discussed global trends and practices. Delegates were also invited to participate in discussions and explore some of the challenges faced by HR professionals when designing and planning compensation, benefits and expatriate management strategies.
