Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to the Eurostars Madrid Tower and related charges.
Air
Barajas is Madrid’s international airport and is 10.5 km form the Eurostars Madrid Tower. The drive time is approximately 30 minutes and the taxi fare costs €40.
Train
The main train station in Madrid is Atocha. It is located in the city centre, 6 km from the conference venue, with a 15-minute drive time.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminals and Atocha Station.
Metro
The metro station closest to the hotel is Begoña, which is just a five-minute walk from the hotel. Trains from the airport to Begoña run approximately every five minutes on line number 10 and take approximately 30 minutes to arrive at the destination. Ticket prices are approximately €2.

The Eurostars Madrid Tower is a five-star hotel that forms part of the Cuatro Torres business area –one of the newest and emerging business districts in Madrid. The hotel comprises the first 31 floors of the SyV Torre building and, at 265 metres high, offers excellent views of the city.

We have arranged a negotiated bed and breakfast rate of €165 (plus tax) at the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel for delegates attending the conference. The hotel anticipates that it will be sold out during the week of the conference, so we urge you to make your reservation promptly to secure a room at the negotiated rate.
