Sergey Gadetsky, Human Capital Solutions
Sergey is the General Director (Managing Director) of Human Capital Solutions LTD – the exclusive partner to Mercer in Russia – representing both its Information Product Solutions and Human Capital businesses and has been working in that capacity since February 2007. He leads a team of consultants and analysts dedicated to expansion of the business lines by adding new products and services while strengthening the current offerings.
Before joining Human Capital Solutions, Sergey worked for eight years for Japan Tobacco International in Russia as the HR director of its commercial division followed by a 1.5 years’ tenure with a commercial bank, Moscow Business World, as the head of the HR department. Sergey has deep knowledge of HR processes in such areas as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR administration, career development and succession planning.
Sergey holds an MBA degree from the American Institute of Business and Economics (Moscow, 2001), and PhD in physics from the Moscow State University (Russia 1985).
