Jukka Karjalainen, Tieto
Jukka is Vice President at Tieto. In his present role, Jukka leads and manages global HR processes initiatives (compensation and benefits and talent management) across the corporation. Jukka leads the global process development and end-to-end implementation within the Tieto HR organisation in 26 countries.
Jukka has more than 20 years’ experience in business management and change management roles. Before taking his current role, he was the Leader of the global Forest Product business with overall responsibility for sales, product development and project deliveries. He joined Tieto in 1996. Before joining Tieto, Jukka was an IT manager at UPM-Kymmene.
Jukka has a master’s degree from the University of Jyväskylä.
