Johanna Pyykönen-Walker, Tieto
Johanna is the HR leader at Tieto. In her current role, Johanna leads the HR function, which consists of HR excellence, compensation and benefits, talent management and the business HR functions, across the Tieto Corporation in 26 countries.
Johanna has a wide experience in global HR operations and change management in the matrix of multinational organisations. Johanna joined Tieto in 2008. Prior to joining Tieto, Johanna held positions at Nokia and Nokia Siemens Network in several global HR positions. She also held a role at the University of Lapland's Continuing Learning Centre.
Johanna has a master´s degree in business and a master´s in education from the University of Lapland.
