Giovanni Lanati, Unicredit
Giovanni is Head of Compensation at UniCredit Group, covering group-wide and cross-divisional compensation policies, processes and programmes.
Before joining UniCredit, Giovanni worked in Hay Group as senior consultant in the reward practice with main focus on the area of executive compensation and share-based programme design.
Giovanni has a degree in business economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
