Donna Nind, CSC
Donna is the UK and Ireland Head of Reward and Recognition for CSC, which is a leading global consulting, systems integration and IT outsourcing company. In this role, Donna is responsible for developing and implementing the UK and Ireland reward and recognition strategy, providing specialist expertise to the business in all elements of compensation and benefits. She is based at CSC’s EMEA head quarters in Aldershot.
Donna is responsible for driving forward CSC’s pay for performance strategy in the UK and Ireland. She has led a number of key reward initiatives at CSC, including the launch of an online recognition scheme and the redesign and improvement of CSC’s flexible benefits scheme. She has recently led the launch of a Corporate Wealth Management solution to CSC UK employees, offering a new approach to workplace savings called mymoneyworks.
Donna has a BSc in psychology and an MA in human resource management. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a CIPD Advanced Certificate in Reward Management.
