Debra Corey, Quinitles
Debra Corey is an experienced senior international compensation and benefits professional, who has been performing compensation and benefit roles for over 20 years. She started her career in the US, working at various companies including First Fidelity Bank, Alexander & Alexander Consulting Group, Office Depot and Gap.
She moved to the UK in June 1998 with Gap for a two-year expatriate assignment, first as Head of EMEA Compensation & Benefits and later Head of International Compensation & Benefits, thus taking on her first roles involving international compensation and benefits. After leaving Gap in 2005, Debra held senior compensation and benefit roles at A.S. Watson, Honeywell and Morrisons. She began her current role as Senior Director Compensation & Benefits, EMEA, with Quintiles in May 2009.
Over the years Debra has proven her ability to interact and influence senior management across multiple businesses, geographies and cultures, as well as lead or participate in significant local or global projects. Some of these projects have been the development of a global reward strategies, the development of a global job evaluation systems, benefits harmonisation, introduction of total reward statements, and putting in place new benefit schemes such as EAP, SIP, SIPP, IFA, salary sacrifices, voluntary and flexible benefits.
