Located in the heart of Shanghai along the famous Nanjing Road, Le Royal Méridien Shanghai is surrounded by the city's most popular bars, restaurants and shops. Its striking modern design embraces award winning views of the city and the nearby Bund.

The hotel's 761 guest rooms—including 132 suites—feature floor-to-ceiling windows that frame dazzling views of the Bund and the city's skyline. The top 20 floors house Le Royal Club, which caters to the worldly traveller with exclusive privileges and conveniences.


Delegates are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Demand for bedrooms are expected to be high so we suggest that you make your reservations promptly to secure your room. When booking with the hotel, all room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number with valid expiry date. The cost of bedrooms is subject to availability.

Meeting Attire

Dress code for the program is business casual. Meeting rooms can be kept quite cold, so you may wish to bring a light jacket or sweater.

Getting there

Participants are requested to make their own travel arrangements. Shanghai International Airport is located in Pudong. Transfer time between the airport and Pudong is approximately 1 hour by MRT train or taxi.

Ground Transportation

Participants are responsible for their own ground transportation between the airport or train station and Le Royal Meridien Shanghai, and are responsible for all related charges.

Taxi services are readily available from the airport and will cost approximately 150-200 CNY. A single journey on the MRT train will cost 8 CNY. (All travel times and costs are approximate as they are affected by traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
