Travel Arrangements
Participants are asked to make their own travel arrangements. Hong Kong’s International Airport is located on Lantau Island. Transfer time between the airport and Kowloon/Hong Kong is approximately 30 minutes by express train or taxi.
Ground Transportation
Arrival and departure - Participants are responsible for their own ground transportation between the airport or train station and JW Marriott Hong Kong, and are responsible for all related charges.
Taxi services are readily available from the airport and will cost approximately $300 HKD. A single journey on the express train will cost $60 HKD.

Meeting Attire
Dress for the program is business casual. Meeting rooms can be kept quite cool, so you may wish to bring a light jacket or sweater.
Messages and Faxes
To avoid interruption during the session, messages and faxes will be available on the Mercer message board outside of the meeting room during the session. Hotel
The JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong offers an ideal location set atop the world-famous Pacific Place. Accommodation
Participants are responsible for booking their accommodation directly with JW Marriott Hong Kong. Mercer have arranged a negotiated bed and breakfast rate at the JW Marriott hotel of HK$2,350 per night for single occupancy and HK $2,500 for double occupancy (deluxe rooms). The discounted rate will be offered between 11 - 13 April. If there is availability, the rate will also be offered three days prior and three days after the event dates. The above rates are valid until 11 March 2010 and may increase if booked after. The hotel anticipates that it will be sold out during the week of the conference, so we urge you to make your reservation promptly to secure a room at this rate.

Above rates include breakfast and are subject to a service charge of 10%.
Hotel check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. On Wednesday morning, we recommend that you check out before breakfast to avoid interrupting the session. The front desk can make provisions to store your luggage until your departure.
Terms and conditions
- The conference fee covers all sessions, documentation, lunches, refreshments and dinner on 13 April. Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodations and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Cancellations received on or by 11 March will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations received after 11 March will not be refunded.
- You may substitute a colleague for yourself at no additional charge on or before 5 April.
- No shows on the day of the conference will not be refunded.
- Data protection: Privacy statement as outlined on mercer.com will apply to all registration forms received.
- The speakers may be changed at any time without prior notice.
- Any special dietary requirements must be pre-ordered.
