Ronald Bastyr

Ronald Bastyr is the practice lead for Human Resources at MRI China Group - with responsibility for managing and directing the Human Resources specialist team across the Greater China and Asia region. His focus is on delivery of high-impact HR talent to clients across the region, in a wide range of industries, leveraging on his extensive contacts within the HR field.
With over 15 years consulting experience, gained within Poland, Slovakia, Hong Kong, Singapore and China, he is well versed in HR trends within developed and developing markets. His previous roles include Regional Manager APAC for Spengler Fox and Country Manager for Hudson Global Resources, as well as consulting and senior consulting roles.
