Mercer's 2018 Asia HR Conferences unite senior HR professionals to discuss the most pertinent challenges and opportunities in compensation, benefits, talent management, leadership, diversity and the Human Resources industry at large. The series will be held in three locations Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
The theme for this year is "Building Your Workforce for the Future." According to the World Economic Forum five years from now over one third of skills that are considered important today will have changed. But the question is not will we lose jobs but how will jobs change. Rapid developments in Artificial Intelligence and Automation show it's becoming less about using technology and more about interacting with it and building an adaptable workforce that thrives in the face of change. And there's no simple formula. The conferences will offer leading insights from experts on developing this agility through engagement, flexibility, tailored benefits and more.
The conferences will enable attendees to:
- Access data trends and Mercer's qualitative and quantitative research
- Discuss trending challenges faced by HR professionals
- Be inspired by case studies delivered by senior leaders from top organizations
- Engage in interactive breakout sessions
- Connect and share experiences with over 150 HR peers from the region
