Meredith Brown
Meredith is a Senior Associate in Mercer’s human capital business and has been with Mercer for over 7 years. Meredith’s experience includes a range of strategic HR engagements with both the private and public sectors across a diverse range of industries, particularly local government.

Meredith specialises in organisational architecture and management of talent through the organisation, and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology / Statistics from Australian National University and a Master of Business in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology.
Simon Calder
Simon Calder is a Principal in Mercer’s investment consulting business and a valued member of Mercer’s Australian dynamic asset allocation team. He has over 20 years experience in economic analysis and forecasting.

Some of Simon’s prior roles include; International Economist with NAB and Chief Economist with a large Australian stock broking firm, responsible for interest rate and exchange rate forecasts and tactical asset allocation strategies, as well as equity investment strategy. Simon has a Bachelors degree in Economics from Monash University, and has undertaken postgraduate studies in economics and finance at Monash and the University of New England.
Craig Callum
Craig Callum is a Senior Associate in Mercer’s investment consulting business and a valued member of Mercer’s Australian dynamic asset allocation team.

Prior to joining Mercer in 2008, Craig worked at the Reserve Bank of Australia specialising in money market dealing, foreign exchange and equity research and middle office work for the international reserves portfolio. Craig was also Manager and Secretary of the RBA Officers’ Superannuation Fund. Craig is a CFA Charterholder, has Bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce both with Honours, and has a Masters of Financial Management.
Bridget Sebire
Bridget Sebire is a Senior Associate in Mercer’s human capital business with 20 years experience working in marketing, organisational and change communication in both consulting and in-house roles. She has a wealth of experience working with clients who have multiple challenges, requiring specific interventions and solutions, in maintaining engaged workforces.

Bridget has recently returned to Australia after a number of years in Mercer’s Hong Kong office. Bridget holds a BA (Public Relations) from RMIT and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Martin Turner
Martin Turner is a Principal in Mercer’s human capital business. He has over 25 years’ experience in HR management, and consults in the areas of performance management design and implementation, remuneration planning and management, strategic HR planning and development, retention and reward strategy and management.

Martin has an MBA from the University of SA, a Master of HR Management from Charles Sturt University and an Advanced Diploma of Business (HR Management). He is a Certified Professional of Australian Human Resource Institute.
